This unique restaurant offers a market atmosphere that allows you to shop for your meal from various serving stations. Each station specializes in a unique selection of food. There is a Rosti station, Pasta station, and other stations such as a dessert bar that creates wonderful crepes that are made to order in minutes. The atmosphere is eclectic with a European twist - expect to hear modern Parisien music, sit in a gazebo, or take a table near the giant fake tree which in itself is an impressive work of art. The smoked salmon with rosti is a local favorite, and all of the food is reasonably priced although portions can be small. Richtree coffee is superb and it is worth a visit just for a cup and a slice of cake. Thursday and Friday evenings can be packed, so it is advisable to get there early.
